Are your outcomes always what you intended? What happens when they aren't? What can be done?
Our brain becomes wired to do what we have learned. The brain is clever and also can be limiting when what we have learned does not help solve the problem.
What if what we've learned is not bringing us closer to the outcomes we seek?
To be unsatisfied with outcome is a gift, because this emotion is informing future experiences, saying, "try something different, next time."
Thankfully, its possible for the brain to learn something different and rewire itself. It is possible to evade the chasm between the outcome desired, and the actual outcome.
