As a clinician, I understand that life can be difficult, and at times the challenges may feel impossible. Sometimes things beyond our control can place us in a state of feeling helpless or overwhelmed. This may include loss, trauma, a significant life transition, coping with chronic pain, declining health, or trying to adjust to life's changes. I have been working in the counseling profession for nearly 11 years. I enjoy helping people work through any barrier they may be facing. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, relationship issues, and family challenges. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families to overcome life's stressors and connect them with ways to live a more fulfilled life. I have been trained in brain spotting, EMDR, and anger management.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my four children. For fun, I enjoy running and baking.
