Cristina is a multi-cultural San Mateo native, a Spanish-English bilingual clinician with experience in multiple education and health care settings specializing in clinical mental health counseling. She is passionate about serving under documented individuals with experience supporting unaccompanied youth and adults. She possesses strong commitment to individuals identifying with disabilities and learning differences. With an eclectic repertoire and a patient and diligent approach, she has experience with children, individuals, and families, going through challenges stemming from stress, trauma and grief. From a strengths-based and holistic lens she works with others through transitional difficulty with a spirit of hope.
In Cristina's spare time she engages in movement through dance and walks in nature. She makes a point to support students of all ages and avidly seeks opportunities to support new or underrepresented artists. To reconnect with herself, music and honey sweetened tea are her go-to's
