I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Master's Degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from California State University, Fresno. I have worked with diverse populations ranging from individuals, children, families, couples, and groups such as co-parenting and anger management. I work with those battling anxiety, depression, interpersonal/relationships, and life transitions.

As a therapist, I take a holistic approach by incorporating mindfulness and meditation, alongside Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Gestalt Therapy. My goal is to help guide you on your journey in finding your inner truth and light.

On my free time, I love being active- whether it be practicing yoga, traveling, hiking, simply spending time in nature, or all of the above. I also really enjoy spending time with my loved ones by relaxing, listening to music, eating great food, and simply connecting.
