David received his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton with a focus on mindfulness based practice and currently conducts sleep research with NASA at Ames research center.
David is passionate about working with young people navigating depression, anxiety, and difficult life adjustments and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He specializes in helping with attention deficit, low self esteem, depression, dynamic family relationships, grief/loss, and sleep disorder.
Music is an integral part of his life and he makes a point to take time out of every day to listen to something he loves or to explore something new.
In his free time he enjoys backpacking in nature, visiting hot springs, yoga, learning to cook his favorite foods, reading science fiction (especially stories with robots), having conversations with friends, and spending time with his family.
