I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. Prior to graduate school, I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree at Saint Mary's College of California in Moraga, CA.

My early work with clients primarily focused on treating adults and families with substance use concerns and co-occuring disorders (depression, anxiety, trauma disorders and mood disorders). My work with this population focused greatly on how substance use affects family dynamics and helping clients find healing and recovery through their relationships.

For the past two years I have been working with foster youth and their families. I've provided individual, family, parent(s)/child and couples therapy with a primary focus on trauma-related concerns, and helping youth and families reunify and build life-long connections and relationships to support them on their path of healing.

I have a passion for working with folks of any age who have endured traumatic experiences, supporting them to overcome their struggles with intimacy and attachment concerns, and to rebuild and grow in their relationships with their families, partners, and friends. I primarily work from an attachment-based lens and utilize interventions from DBT, EFT and CBT.

In my spare time I love spending time with my dogs, playing in an adult soccer league, cooking and writing.
