Hi, I was born & raised in Southern California, and currently live in Riverside County. I’ve been in the human services field for 17 years, and as a Marriage and Family Therapist for 14. I received a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from California State University, East Bay and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. I’ve served all types of people, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

I’ve worked with high needs populations, including those within the justice system, child welfare system, and who have been involuntarily hospitalized. I’ve also helped people get back on their feet, and back to work when the challenges of life were getting in their way.

I believe in being real and down-to-earth with anyone I work with and in recognizing that I’m only one part of the solution.

I want to help you get back on track and feel better while focusing on some concrete solutions for your concerns. We’ll get to know each other, put a plan together, and make sure it’s a good fit for moving forward.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my son and other family, going to movies, and getting tasks done around the house. I also love baseball and going to a few games a year!
