Sara Kenney received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide in Vallejo, California. As Assistant Director for a substance abuse clinic, Sara worked with clients struggling with substance abuse and high trauma.

Now in private practice, Sara especially enjoys working with couples and families to help them connect and communicate in an effective manner but also enjoys working with all individuals and adolescents through trauma and life issues.

Sara is also certified through level three to provide Brainspotting to all age clients. Sara's goal is to help her clients through listening and compassion, walking with them through their stories and struggles and to help relationships and family units grow and develop together.

Sara loves to travel and spend time with family. She has been married to her husband, Brian Kenney, for 23 years and they have two children together: Elizabeth and Brian. She also loves to spend time with her grand baby.
